Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a converter visualized steel pouring technology. Specifically, the rear portion of a converter is additionally provided with a transparent part, and the converter can be observed in real time in the steel pouring process. Through application of the converter visualized steel pouring technology, the slag discharging probability of a large opening of the converter is reduced,the slag blocking success rate is increased to 90% or so at present from original 70% or so, the amount of oxidized slag entering a steel ladle is greatly decreased, the alloy yield is increased, andconverter tapping single-furnace aluminum consumption is reduced to 271 Kg from original 323 Kg. 本发明公开了一种转炉可视化倒钢技术,具体是在转炉炉后增设透明部件,通过透明部件,可实现对倒钢过程转炉的实时观察。通过转炉可视化倒钢技术的应用,转炉大口下渣几率降低,挡渣成功率由原来的70%左右,提高至现在的90%左右,大大降低氧化性渣子进入到钢包内,提高了合金收得率,转炉出钢单炉铝消耗由原来的323Kg降低至271Kg。
