The invention discloses an automatic material-removing device and method of a 3D printer. The automatic material-removing device of the 3D printer comprises a fixed tray, a movable tray, a driving mechanism and an electromagnetic heating device, wherein the fixed tray and the movable tray are spliced on the same plane for supporting 3D printed parts. The driving mechanism drives the movable tray to swing up and down relative to the fixed tray; the electromagnetic heating device is used for heating the fixed tray and the movable tray, so that the bottoms of the 3D printed parts on the fixed tray and the movable tray are in a softened state.
