The high-acyl gellan gum compound stabilizer applied to the lactobacillus beverage has small addition amount and good stability, can be stored at a normal temperature, prolongs the expiration date, can improve the mouth feel and the flavor of the lactobacillus beverage,and facilitates digestion and absorption.
