Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a culture method for multi-head cut-flower chrysanthemum in-bottle blooming. According to the method, blooming in a bottle is studied by taking the Spray chrysanthemum as a material for the first time, an explant flower head with a high adventitious bud induction proliferation coefficient is explored, and a culture medium suitable for blooming of the Spray chrysanthemum andillumination time are provided; 1) the flower head is an optimal explant for inducing adventitious buds of the Spray chrysanthemum; and 2) flowering culture medium: the improved MS + 6-BA 0.05 mg/L +PP333 0.4 mg/L + vermiculite 300g/L + white granulated sugar 50g/L + agar 5g/L is the optimal culture medium for inducing flowering of the polygala tenuifolia. And 3) the illumination time of 8h/d isthe optimal time for inducing the flowering of the Spray chrysanthemum, and a scientific basis is provided for the in-bottle flowering research of the chrysanthemum.
