The device comprises a data processing unit DSP, a local clock module FPGA, a GPS module, an analog signal conditioning board and a switching value board; the local clock module FPGA maintains a high-precision phase and rate adjustable clock, wherein the resolution is ns-level, and the local clock module FPGA is responsible for accurately marking timestamps in a WPTP wireless clock synchronization process; the data processing unit DSP is responsible for analog quantity A/D sampling, DFT phasor calculation and execution of a phase angle correction algorithm.
