Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an outer packaging casing for an electricity storage device and a method of manufacturing the same. The outer packaging casing (10) is formed by a molded casing of an outer casing material (1). The outer casing material (1) includes a heat-resistant resin layer (2) as an outer layer, and a heat-fusible resin layer (3) as an inner layer, and a metal foil layer disposed between the two layers (2) and (3). The heat-fusible resin layer (3) contains a lubricant, and the content of the lubricant in the heat-fusible resin layer (3) is 200 ppm to 7000 ppm. The content of the lubricant in the outer surface (2a) of the heat-resistant resin layer (2) is less than 0.1 [mu]g/cm . The wetting tension of the outer surface (2a) of the heat-resistant resin layer (2) is 33 mN/m ormore.
