Zusammenfassung:A method for rapidly detecting the inner and outer arc flatness of a sintered permanent magnetic ferrite product comprises the following steps: manufacturing an arc tool with the same required value of radian as a sintered permanent magnetic ferrite product; spraying a thin layer of red lead oil on the inner arc or outer arc surface of the arc; sliding the arc surface, needing to be measured, of the sintered permanent magnetic ferrite product on the part sprayed with the red lead oil back and forth for 3-5 times and taking down the sintered permanent magnetic ferrite product; and observing theadhesion condition of the red lead oil on the surface of the sintered permanent magnetic ferrite product, and judging whether the sintered permanent magnetic ferrite product is qualified or not by analyzing the adhesion condition.
