The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a 630 DEG C ultra-supercritical unit G115 large-caliber thick-wall seamlesshot-pressing reducing pipe, which comprises the following steps: a straight pipe blank is pressed to obtain a prefabricated reducing pipe; wherein the straight pipe blank is a 630 DEG C ultra-supercritical unit G115 large-caliber thick-wall seamless steel pipe; and the prefabricated reducing pipe is subjected to heat treatment, and the reducing pipe is obtained. The invention provides the method for manufacturing the large-caliber thick-wall seamless reducing pipe by aiming at the 630 DEG C ultra-supercritical unit G115 large-caliber thick-wall seamless steel pipe, and the manufactured reducing pipe is good in mechanical property, uniform in size and thickness and flawless in appearance. The method can be applied to four major pipelines of ultra-supercritical boilers and power stations andother different fields. 本
