Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a marine bacterium-derived novel metal ion-resistant GDSL family hydrolase EII-3, and a coding gene and an application thereof. The hydrolase gene is derived from a marine bacterium Alterobacter gangjensis JCM 17802T, and the nucleotide sequence of the hydrolase gene is represented by SEQ ID NO. 1. After heterologous expression of the hydrolase gene, the hydrolase has esterase activity, and can maintain high enzymatic activity in the presence of an organic solvent and metal ions.
