The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving dicumarol and lysine in an aqueous solution, performing a reaction at 205-210 DEG C for 10-13 h, centrifuging to remove large particles, filtering the obtained supernatant by a 0.25-0.30 [mu]m filter membrane, taking the supernatant, and performing dialysis and freeze drying to obtain the product. The invention also discloses an application of the product in detection of Fe in an aqueous phase.
