Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides: a brazing sheet which offers favorable brazing properties during a brazing performed in an inert gas atmosphere, and with which it is possible to minimize material costs; and a method for manufacturing such a brazing sheet. This brazing sheet has: a core material that has a chemical composition comprising at most 1.3 mass% of Mg with the remaining portion being Al and unavoidable impurities; an intermediate material that has a chemical composition comprising 0.40-6.0 mass% of Mg with the remaining portion being Al and unavoidable impurities, and that is laminated on the core material; and a brazing material that has a chemical composition comprising 6.0-13.0 mass% of Si, 0.0040-0.070 mass% of Bi, and 0.050-0.10 mass% of Mg with the remaining portion being Aland unavoidable impurities, and that is laminated on the intermediate material.
