Method for making self-monitoring emission monitoring scheme

The invention belongs to the technical field of pollution discharge monitoring, and particularly relates to a method for making a self-monitoring emission monitoring scheme, which comprises the following steps of: (1) determining an emission source and corresponding pollutants, and superposing the corresponding pollutants on the basis of the emission source by taking the emission source as a firstelement so as to establish an emission source/pollutant matrix; (2) based on the emission source/pollutant matrix, grading and classifying the emission source and the pollutants in sequence to obtaindifferent types of emission sources/pollutants; and (3) setting corresponding monitoring frequencies for different types of emission sources/pollutants so as to obtain an emission monitoring scheme of emission source grading classification and pollutant grading classification. According to the invention, two factors, i.e., the emission source and the pollutant, are superposed and considered, so that the monitoring frequen
