The invention discloses a hydraulic power assisting device with a flow stabilizing function. The power assisting device comprises a power assisting oil cylinder used for assisting operation and a flowdividing module used for dividing hydraulic oil. The flow dividing module comprises a flow dividing sliding valve and a throttling piece used for controlling the flow of hydraulic oil flowing into the power assisting oil cylinder. An oil inlet channel, a flow dividing oil channel and an oil outlet channel for providing oil for the power assisting oil cylinder are arranged in the flow dividing sliding valve. The throttling piece is arranged between the oil inlet channel and the oil outlet channel, and when the oil inlet flow at the throttling piece is larger than the control flow of the throttling piece, redundant hydraulic oil is shunted out from the flow dividing oil channel, so that the flow of the hydraulic oil flowing into the power assisting oil cylinder is kept stable.
