Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a high-flow high-rigidity anti-aging glass fiber reinforced PC material and a preparation method thereof. According to the glass fiber reinforced PC material, PC resin, glassfibers, a compatilizer, an antioxidant, a lubricant, a flexibilizer, a degradation agent, a coupling agent and titanium dioxide are adopted as raw materials and are properly proportioned, and the finally prepared glass fiber reinforced PC material has high fluidity, excellent tensile strength, bending strength, dimensional stability and smooth surface and can be used for producing large thin-wallproducts. Data show that the glass fiber reinforced PC material provided by the invention has a melt index of 33.5 g/10min, good fluidity, few surface floating fibers and excellent comprehensive performance. 本发明涉及一种高流高刚性耐老化玻纤增强PC材料及其制备方法,所述玻纤增强PC材料通过采用PC树脂、玻璃纤维、相容剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂、增韧剂、降解剂、偶联剂、钛白粉为原料并进行适当配比,最终制备得到的玻纤增强PC材料,具有较高的流动性、优异的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、尺寸稳定性及光滑表面,可用于生产大型薄壁制品;数据表明,本发明所述玻纤增强PC材料的熔融指数可达33.5g/10min,流动性好,表面浮纤少,综合性能优良。
