According to the invention, the polymerization process of conjugated polymer monomers is regulated and controlled by using small molecules containing catechol units, so that the optical and paramagnetic properties of the material are regulated and controlled, a series of nano-materials with a magnetic resonance imaging function and a second near-infrared diagnosis and treatment function are prepared, and the application range of the conjugated polymer nano-materials is expanded.
