Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a pressure regulating valve of a constant pressure difference type parallel structure. The pressure regulating valve comprises a valve cover; a shell matched with the valve cover; and at least two valve assemblies which are arranged on the shell; a pressure regulating gas inlet connected with a pressure regulating pipeline, and a pressure regulating gas outlet connected withan oil tank are formed in the shell, the pressure regulating gas inlet and the pressure regulating gas outlet are communicated through a communicating cavity formed in the shell, the communicating cavity is communicated with an outlet cavity formed in the shell through a through hole formed in the side wall, and an outlet is formed in the outlet cavity; the inlet ends of the valve assemblies arecommunicated with the communicating cavity, the outlet ends of the valve assemblies are communicated with the outlet in the shell, and the pressure of the communicating cavity communicatd with the oiltank can be kept at a pres
