The invention discloses a sowing device for agricultural planting and relates to the technical field of agricultural planting. The sowing device comprises a support frame, wherein travelling wheels are arranged at the bottom of the support frame in a rotating manner; a storage barrel is fixed on the support frame; a hollow shaft which is driven to rotate by a driving mechanism is arranged in the storage barrel in a rotating manner; a slide damper which is driven by a reciprocating mechanism is arranged on a vertical tube in a sliding manner; a discharge hole is vertically formed in the slide damper; a hanging bracket is fixed at the lower end of the vertical tube; and a placing mechanism used for dispersing seeds is arranged on the hanging bracket in a rotating manner. According to the sowing device, the hollow shaft and a vertical sleeve are simultaneously driven to rotate through the driving mechanism, and have opposite rotating directions, namely seeds in the storage barrel can be sufficiently rotated and
