Zusammenfassung:A method for adjusting measurement parameters of an odometry unit (30) of a rail vehicle (40) is described. According to said method, sensor data (SD, TD, FSD, LSD) from the interior and/or the surroundings of the rail vehicle (40) are acquired with the aid of at least one sensor unit (10) that comprises an internal image-recording unit (10). On the basis of the acquired sensor data (SD), weatherdata (WD) are determined on the basis of the acquired sensor data (SD).
