The method includes: collecting electronic and non-electronic original real estate information; converting the information intoreal estate data in a GIS format; performing modification, additional recording and duplicate removal on the real estate data through an ETL technology; obtaining a complete real estate data unit ina preset format; converting and cleaning the real estate data unit; caryring out conversion according to a set format; comparing and analyzing the structure, the attribute, the spatial position, the topological relation and the logic relation of the converted data and the data before conversion; numbering the parcel and the real estate data unit to complet the association of the parcel and the real estate rights; matching the real estate data unit with real estate registration data to obtain a real estate database, importing the real estate database into a GIS for storage and display, completing integration of the real
