Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a microfluidic chip based on photonic crystal paper with a multistage ordered structure and a preparation method of the microfluidic chip. The microfluid chip is characterizedin that a multistage ordered structure photonic crystal paper serves as a substrate, namely a chip channel, and the multistage ordered structure photonic crystal paper is of an ordered microcolumn array structure composed of photonic crystal nanostructures. The preparation method comprises steps of 1) preparing the photonic crystal paper with the multistage ordered structure; 2) preparing a patterned photonic crystal paper; and 3) immobilizing a capture antibody A on the patterned photonic crystal paper, sealing, drying, and loading a fluorescent substance labeled tracing antibody B to obtainthe fluorescent substance labeled photonic crystal paper.
