Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a use and flow calculation method of a zirconium oxide oxygen sensor in natural gas combustion. The use method comprises the following steps that 1) a PLC controller gives an ignition starting signal, and a fan works according to a preset rotating speed; 2) a proportional regulating valve is opened, and natural gas and air are fully mixed; 3) mixed gas after being fully mixed enters a combustor, is ignited under the heating action of an igniter, and a combustion process is carried out; 4) a zirconia oxygen sensor connected with a signal amplifier and a filter and a windpressure sensor transmit signals to the PLC controller in real time; and 5) the PLC controller adjusts the proportional control valve and the fan according to the oxygen content in the tail gas untilthe oxygen content in the tail gas reaches a preset value.
