The lamp comprises the light-emitting unit, a lamp post body, a light color adjusting assembly and a height adjusting assembly used for adjusting the height of the light-emitting unit. The height adjusting assembly comprises a belt wheel assembly and a driving motor. A hollow structure cavity is formed in the lamp post body in the axial direction of the lamp post body. The light-emitting unit is detachably installed on a socket assembly, the socket assembly is fixedly connected to a moving part of the belt wheel assembly, and the light color adjusting assembly is arranged below the light-emitting unit so as to change the color of light emitted by an LED matrix on the light-emitting unit.
