Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of pipeline leakage monitoring, and aims to provide an electric melting pipe with a non-metal pipeline leakage monitoring function and a machining method thereof. The electric melting pipe comprises a resistance wire and binding posts, the binding posts are arranged in tubular sheaths, the two sheaths are correspondingly provided with sealing elements, and the sheaths and the sealing elements are made of insulating materials; and one sealing element is internally provided with a built-in wire used for connecting the binding posts and an external wire, and anexternal wire access port; a part of the resistance wire is exposed in an inner cavity of the electric melting pipe and is used as an internal monitoring electrode. The novel electric melting joint provided based on the resistance monitoring principle can be used for monitoring fluid medium leakage generated in a non-metal pipeline system, and the problem that non-metal pipeline leakage is difficult to monitor is solved.
