Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a friction-resistant anti-icing coating layer. The method comprises the steps: carrying out hydrophobic modification on nano silicon dioxide particlesby using fluorinated siloxane, adding epoxy resin or modified epoxy resin into ethyl acetate, uniformly mixing, adding an organic amine catalyst and trifluoropropyltrimethoxysilane, and uniformly stirring at room temperature to obtain modified mucilage; preparing a double-rough composite coating layer with a lotus leaf-like structure by utilizing a spraying or brush coating method. The porous coating layer has good super-hydrophobicity under a low-temperature condition, in addition, air in micropores of the coating layer can form an air isolation layer, and heat conduction can be reduced, so that an icing process can be delayed, and the anti-icing capability is achieved.
