Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of new materials, and particularly relates to a composite material with high bio-based content and a preparation method thereof. The composite material with high bio-based content provided by the invention is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 45 to 60 parts of shell powder, 50 to 75 parts of bagasse, 8 to 12 parts of polyethylene grafted glycidyl methacrylate, 25 to 35 parts of polylactic acid, 3 to 5 parts of a compatilizer, 5 to 10 parts of flax fibers, 1 to 3 parts of an activating agent and 1 to 3 parts of a dispersing agent. The composite material with high bio-based content provided by the invention is simple in formula, and has high bio-based content reaching 80%, ASTMD6866 and EU four-star certification is achieved, the tensile strength of the product is greater than or equal to 65 MPa, the elongation at break is greater than 50%, and the impact strength is greater than or equal to 350 J/m, so that the composite materialcan be used for products |
