The invention discloses a spinning device capable of recycling and placing thread spools in a full-automatic manner, and belongs to the technical field of textile machinery. The spinning device capable of recycling and placing the thread spools in the full-automatic manner mainly comprises a sliding groove face plate, a hopper, a spool containing device, the thread spools, a mechanical arm, a spinning thread and a material discharge slide. The hopper is installed on the rear left side of the sliding groove face plate and is used for storing the spare thread spools. The spool containing deviceis installed on the middle portion of the sliding groove face plate through a dovetail groove and is used for containing the thread spool which is being used. The mechanical arm is installed on the right side of the sliding groove face plate and is used for traction of the spinning thread. The material discharge slide is installed on the front right side of the sliding groove face plate and is used for discharging the thr
