In order to achieve the purpose, according to the technical scheme, a 7-degree frustum is additionally arranged around a common upsetting disc hole, in the upsetting process of the steel ingots, due to stress of the frustum, the rear end of a steel ingot clamp handle is slightly concave inwards, round shoulders generated after the steel ingots are upset arereduced, and the flat steel end faces are flat and straight after the steel ingots are drawn out through the rapid forging machine in the later period.
