The multi-biochar combined microbial composite material has a three-layer structure, wherein the lower layer is bagasse biochar attached with a fungal petroleum hydrocarbon degradation agent; the middle layer is traditional Chinese medicine residue biochar; and the upper layeris tea processing waste biochar to which a bacterial petroleum hydrocarbon degradation agent is attached.
