Optical fibers are arranged in the loose tubes, an inner sheath is arranged around the peripheries of the loose tubes, a water blocking ring is arranged around the periphery of the inner sheath, an outer sheath is arranged around the periphery of the water blocking ring, a first shielding layer is attached around the periphery of the outer sheath, and second shielding layers are attached between the loose tubes and the inner sheath.
