The invention provides a micro-channel heat exchanger and a heat exchange system. The micro-channel heat exchanger comprises a micro-channel heat exchanger body, a mounting part and a matching part, wherein the micro-channel heat exchanger body comprises a flat pipe set and liquid collecting pipes located on two sides of the flat pipe set; the mounting part is arranged on the flat pipe set and extends along the extending direction of the flat pipes; and the matching part is movably arranged on the mounting part so as to enable the position of the matching part in the extending direction of themounting part to be adjustable, and the matching part is provided with a mounting position to be mounted with a to-be-mounted position.
