Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for enhancing defect-state electrochemiluminescence of graphite-phase carbon nitride, which comprises the following steps: carrying out high-temperature treatment to implement local denitrification recombination on common carbon nitride, thereby implementing local graphitization; then, desyotying the formed local graphite structure by utilizing the strong oxidizingproperty of concentrated nitric acid, so that more surface defects are formed on the graphite-phase carbon nitride. Compared with a common graphite phase carbon nitride material, the electrochemiluminescence activity of the graphite phase carbon nitride material obtained through the method is improved by 5-20 times, and signals are more stable. Good popularization values and application prospectsare realized.
本发明公开了一种增强石墨相氮化碳缺陷态电致化学发光的方法,通过高温处理使普通氮化碳实现局部脱氮重组,从而实现局部石墨化;随后利用浓硝酸的强氧化性将所形成的局域石墨结构破坏,从而使石墨相氮化碳形成更多的表面缺陷。在本发明方法所得石墨相氮化碳材料的电致化学发光活性相比于普通石墨相氮化碳材料提高了5-20倍,并且信号更加稳定。具有较好的推广价值及应用前景。 |
