Novel polymeric abrasive preparation method

The invention discloses a novel polymeric abrasive preparation method. The composite abrasive is uniformly mixed to prepare abrasive micro-powder, then a binder is added, and through bonding, curing,crushing and screening, polymeric abrasive with different particle diameters are obtained. The method specifically comprises the following steps of: (1) uniformly stirring and mixing the composite abrasives, and grinding into abrasive micro-powder, (2) adding a binder into the abrasive micro-powder for binding, and then curing, (3) crushing the cured material, selecting a proper screen, screeningthe crushed material by using a vibrating screen, and crushing the screened large material again until the screened large material is screened into a polymerized abrasive with a required particle size. The preparation method is simple and easy to implement, and the prepared polymeric abrasive has the advantages that the abrasive cloth prepared from the abrasive is long in service life and not easyto block during grinding.
