| Zusammenfassung: | Relating to the technical field of medical science and technology, the invention discloses application of sauvissimoside R1 in preparation of drugs promoting hepatopathy rehabilitation. According to the invention, pharmacological experiments are carried out by utilizing mice, and find that sauvissimoside R1 can alleviate carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) induced acute liver injury of mice, D-galactosamine (D-Gla) induced acute liver injury of mice and naphthyl isothiocyanate (ANIT) induced acute liver injury of mice, enhance the phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophages and promote the generation of cyclophosphamide (Cy) induced immunocompromised mouse hemolysin, and has the characteristics of definite curative effect, no toxic or side effect, stable and controllable quality, low cost and the like.
