The method comprises the steps that dimension information for marketing resourceadjustment is acquired; obtaining a commodity sales volume and a commodity gross profit volume corresponding to each element in the dimension, and calculating a gross profit rate corresponding to eachelement; obtaining the overall sales volume and the overall gross profit volume of the commodity corresponding to all the elements in the dimension, and calculating the overall gross profit rate; determining a difference value between the gross profit rate of each element and the overall gross profit rate, and determining an influence factor of each element according to the difference value and the commodity sales volume of each element; and marketing resource adjustment is carried out according to the influence factor of each element.
