Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a vehicle frame multi-objective topological optimization method based on weight ratio calculation, which comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a vehicle frame optimization geometric model, and dispersing an initial vehicle frame structure optimization design area by using a finite element; (2) establishing a frame multi-target topological optimization mathematicalmodel by adopting a compromise planning method and combining the static multi-working-condition rigidity and the dynamic inherent frequency; (3) calculating a weight ratio based on orthogonal test design; (4) calculating a weight ratio based on an analytic hierarchy process; (5) calculating a weight ratio based on the combination of an orthogonal test and an analytic hierarchy process; and (6) substituting the calculated weight ratio combination into a comprehensive optimization objective function, and carrying out multi-objective topological optimization design on the frame.
