The device comprises a shell and a detection mechanism, wherein a sample chamber and a cooling chamber are arranged in the shell; the cooling chamber is arranged around the sample chamber; a cooling hole and an air hole are formed in the side wall of the shell; an opening is formed in the right end of the sample chamber; the detection mechanism comprises a window, a detection pipe and a fixed station which are sequentially arrangedfrom left to right; the fixed station comprises a connecting part and a base part; and a sample hole, a cable hole and a temperature detection hole are sequentially formed in the fixed station.
