The overflowing valve comprises a valve body, a shaft sleeve, an adjusting bolt, an adjusting disc, a valve element, acheck shaft, a check ring and a spring. The shaft sleeve is arranged at a fluid outlet of the valve body. The shaft sleeve is provided with an end cover. The adjusting bolt is arranged on the end cover in a penetrating manner. The adjusting disc is engaged on the adjusting bolt. The valve element is arranged in a valve chamber of the valve body. The check ring is arranged in the shaft sleeve in asleeved manner. The check shaft is arranged on the check ring in a penetrating manner. One end of the check shaft is connected with the valve element. The other end of the check shaft is arranged ina sliding groove of the adjusting bolt in a sliding manner.
