Upper steel pipe columns are in butt joint with the upper ends of the lower steel pipe columns, upper spaces of the bottom plates in the lower steel pipe columns and inner spaces of the lower portion of the upper steel pipe columns are filled with grouting materials, the liquid level of the grouting materials is 200-500 mm higher than the bottom ends of the upper steel pipe columns, connecting rods are vertically and fixedly arranged on the bottom plates, and the upper ends of the connecting rods extend into the inner spaces of the upper steel pipe columns.
