Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method for a gold nanorod functionalized monolithic column-immobilized enzyme reactor. The method comprises the following specific preparation steps: by using Span 80 as a surfactant, water as a dispersion phase, and monomer glycidyl methacrylate, cross-linking agent divinylbenzene and pore forming agent toluene as a continuous phase, under initiation of potassium persulfate, performing thermal polymerization to synthesize a high internal phase emulsion monolithic column; and performing modification by using ammonia water and gold nanorods in sequence toobtain a gold nanorod functionalized high internal phase emulsion monolithic column, and immobilizing trypsin to the surfaces of pores of the monolithic column by using Au-S bond bonding between the gold nanorods and a sulfhydryl group of the trypsin to prepare the immobilized enzyme reactor.
