The preparation method comprises the following steps of:dissolving cyclodextrin in water to prepare an aqueous solution serving as an aqueous phase, taking vegetable oil serving as an oil phase, mixing, carrying out high-speed shearing emulsification, andcarrying out high-pressure homogenization to obtain a primary emulsion, and then adding nanocellulose with a certain concentration and volume as an interface regularizing agent, and carrying out mixing, high-speed shearing and high-pressure homogenization to obtain the high-stability cyclodextrin emulsion.
