Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an artificially-synthesized Bt insecticidal gene mCry1Ab for transgenic insect-resistant plants and a protein for insect resistance of the plants. The amino acid sequence of the protein is SEQ ID NO: 1, and the nucleotide sequence of a coding gene of the protein is SEQ ID NO: 3. The invention also discloses applications of a corresponding vector, the protein and the gene ininsect pest resistance. The mCry1Ab gene modified by the invention solves the problems that the Cry1Ab gene is easy to break and poor in recombination and resistance, and has a better insect-resistant effect compared with a Cry1Ab gene.
