Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing narrow-band red fluorescent carbon quantum dots by using titanyl phthalocyanine, particularly relates to red light carbon quantum dots with narrow full width at half maximum of a fluorescence emission peak, and belongs to the technical field of nano material preparation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing titanyl phthalocyanine witha solvent, putting an obtained mixture into a reaction kettle, putting the reaction kettle into an oven, and keeping the temperature at 175-225 DEG C for 4 hours or longer to obtain a reaction product; and (2) naturally cooling the reaction product in the step (1) to room temperature to obtain the red light carbon quantum dot.
