The invention relates to the technical field of straw board production, in particular to an accurate proportioning and feeding device of a straw board surface material. The device comprises a wood surface layer stock bin, a straw shaving stock bin and a scraper conveyer, and the wood surface layer stock bin and the straw shaving stock bin are symmetrically arranged. Conical discharge pipes are connected to the bottom ends of the wood surface layer bin and the straw shaving bin; auger conveyors are fixed below the wood surface layer stock bin and the straw shaving stock bin; the conical discharging pipes are communicated with feeding ports of the corresponding auger conveyors, a discharging port of each auger conveyor is formed above the feeding end of the scraper conveyor, a first motor isarranged on the outer side of the feeding port of each auger conveyor, and a frequency converter is fixed to the outer side of the first motor. According to the invention, the controllability of thesurface material ratio of
