Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of eucommia processed products, and in particular to a preparation process of eucommia leaf green tea. The preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) selecting raw leaves, namely picking fresh and complete eucommia leaves from the early ten days of June to the middle ten days of October in North China, and removing leaf stems of the eucommialeaves; (2) pretreating the raw leaves, namely spreading and airing the raw leaves until the water content of the raw leaves is reduced to 60-70%, and then cutting the raw leaves into strips; and (3)performing one-time frying by adopting a drum frying machine with a prismatic drum at a frying temperature of 140-190 DEG C until the water content of the leaves is 3-8% to obtain a finished productof eucommia leaf green tea. According to the invention, through optimizing the processing technology, integrity of the finished product of eucommia ulmoides green tea is improved, and broken powder isreduced.
