Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to oriented silicon steel capable of reducing surface hardness. The oriented silicon steel comprises, by weight, components of 0.015%-0.095% of C, 2.80%-3.60% of Si, 0.020%-0.035% of Als, 0.0050%-0.0100% of N, 0.010%-1.00% of Mn and 0.0030%-0.03% of S. The preparation method comprises steps of casting into a blank after smelting; performing low-temperature or high-temperaturehot rolling; coiling after conventional cooling; primary cold rolling; decarburizing and annealing; nitriding treatment; coating high-temperature annealing separant to remove a magnesium silicate bottom layer; carrying out high-temperature annealing by adopting a secondary heat preservation mode; stretching, flattening and annealing; and coating semi-organic insulating coating and conventionallydrying. The oriented silicon steel is advantaged in that on the premise that the magnetic induction intensity B800 is larger than or equal to 1.83 T and the magnetic induction intensity P17 is smallerthan or equal to 1.50 W/kg |
