Disclosed is a reagent for determination of coagulation time, a reagent kit, and a method for determination of coagulation time. The present invention aims to provide a means for measuring the activated partial thromboplastin time without changing the clotting time of a normal blood subject, and also improving the sensitivity to lupus anticoagulants and having a suitable sensitivity for heparin.
