The invention provides a light treatment head assembly which comprises a treatment head body. The treatment head body comprises a hand-held part, a light source assembly, a casing body, a coating assembly and a light guide crystal. The light source assembly is driven by a pulse power supply to emit pulse light. The light guide crystal receives the pulse light emitted by the light source assembly and acts on the treatment part of a patient. The light guide crystal is installed on the treatment head body. The coating assembly coats the surface of the protruding light guide crystal. The coating assembly comprises an adsorption surface extending outwards, and the adsorption surface gathers gel coated on the treatment part of the patient.
