The system comprises a UPS circuit, a main lithium battery pack circuit and a plurality of slave lithium battery pack circuits, the main lithium battery pack circuit is in communication connection with the UPS circuit through a CAN, and the main lithium battery pack circuit is in communication connection with the slave lithium battery pack circuits through RS485; the main lithium battery pack circuit acquires state information of each lithium battery pack through an RS485 interface and summarizes the state information;and the state information and the state information of the lithium battery packs in the main lithium battery pack circuits are fed back to a UPS circuit through a CAN communication interface, and theUPS circuit adjusts the charging and discharging power of the lithium battery packs according to the state information.
