The optical film (100) with protective film includes: an optical film (10), which has an antifouling layer (4) on the outermost surface;and a surface protective film (70), which is temporarily attached to the anti-fouling layer of the optical film. The water contact angle of the antifouling layer is above 100 degrees. The protective film has an adhesive layer (8) on the film substrate (7).
