Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a modular pavement intelligent sensing device and system based on driving and riding feelings. The modular pavement intelligent sensing device comprises a sensing unit, a positioning unit and a speed fitting unit. The sensing unit, the positioning unit and the speed fitting unit are respectively connected with the data processing unit; the sensing unit is used for collectinga pavement acoustic signal and a tire pressure change signal; the positioning unit is used for providing positioning information; the speed fitting unit is used for providing driving speed; and the data processing unit is used for carrying out data fusion and analysis on the acquired pavement acoustic signal information, tire pressure change signal information, positioning information and drivingspeed information.
